The Yonkers Historical Society, in collaboration with the Blue Door Art Association, assembled an extensive photographic exhibit entitled "Yonkers: Then and Now" that features historic images of old Yonkers juxtaposed with contemporary photographs taken by local Yonkers photographers.

The photographs from that exhibit were printed in a book published for the Yonkers Historical Society and is available for sale.

Accompanying the book, the YHS has created a poster featuring two panoramic views of the Yonkers waterfront, one taken in 1868 (from the collection of Richard Moore) and one taken in 2005 by Joan Jennings.
